Imagine this: a client receives a life insurance policy with just one small error and it changes the entire meaning of the document. Scary, right? But in life insurance projects, these “small” mistakes can cost not just money, but trust, credibility, and sometimes legal consequences. I once worked on a project where a minor oversight in documentation nearly delayed the launch. It wasn’t about lack of effort the team was skilled and hardworking. What was missing? A solid quality control system. That experience taught me that success isn’t just about delivering fast, but about delivering right.
