Amazing! Some feedback on an issue I’ve observed: You repeatedly post jobs in California but fail to include the salary range as required by California's pay transparency law, Senate Bill 1162 (SB 1162), which requires employers with 15 or more employees to include pay ranges in job postings, both internal and external. This law, which took effect on January 1, 2023 has been amazing and time saver for all, having wasted my time and energy along with the company to interview only to find out I’m offered a position and salary far below expectations. Fast forward 15 years, and pay is much better but it still needs to be in your job listings Companies that aren’t adding ranges can be sued and/or have complaints made with the Labor Commissioner’s Office, which issue penalties of $100 to $10,000 per violation.

While you may pride yourself in being ethical, you may want to tripple check who you use as vendors and third parties. I'm still waiting for your customer service department to contact me about a video where I captured your "delivery" company fraudulently skipping out of the delivery, costing me and family thousands of dollars and very costly medicine to spoil! Very tone deaf at a moment where many people are losing their jobs and cannot afford to buy hundreds of dollars worth of food!
It’s great to tout such honors, but the Best Buy of today is not the same one built by Hubert Joly. Best Buy has removed everything that differentiated it from its competitors. I was willing to pay their higher prices because of the SERVICE I got from Geek Squad and Total Tech but then Best Buy turned those memberships into nothing but Amazon Prime. Now that those services are no longer available (except purchased a la carte), I just buy my electronics from Amazon and my appliances from Lowe’s. BBY is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

BestBuy is discriminating against me because of my disability. They won't hesitate to treat you the same. I'm upset because they won't honor my reasonable ADA request to have a manager call me, because of my mobility issues.
