1d🚨 Raising a Serious Concern on Shipment Handling & Data Integrity I’m extremely disappointed with how BigShip has handled one of our shipments — AWB 13381328613792. Despite repeated mails, calls, and even a joint conference with the consignee, there has been no transparent resolution till date. Key facts: The shipment was booked strictly on COD, and remittance of ₹40,500 was visible in the system. Later, the payment mode was manually changed to “Prepaid” — without my consent or approval. The parcel was opened and inspected before payment collection, violating standard COD delivery policies. Both BigShip and Delhivery teams have provided contradictory statements and are now shifting responsibility onto each other. Let me be clear — this is not a seller–buyer dispute. It’s a matter of data tampering, operational mishandling, and accountability lapse. I’ve already shared all supporting evidence (product pictures, call recordings, and communication trail). Still, there has been no written resolution, and the concerned teams are avoiding responsibility. As a business relying on fair logistics practices, I expect transparency, ownership, and accountability — not silence or shifting blame. Bigship
