Never make a decision as a leader that you're not sure about. When people ask you for a decision on something and you don't quite know what the right answer is, and they're really pressuring you, you are allowed to say, I'd like to think about it. I���ll get back to you. You will be stunned that all that anxiety pretty much goes away. Because now, you've got the problem and they've unburdened themselves, and they just turn around and leave your office after pressuring you to make a decision. And I had to learn that because I just wanted to be responsive to people. But you don't have to be responsive to them. You have to have the right answer.
