I knew you were gonna ask this. I think it's really just distilling complex concepts. Can you take something that's really complicated and boil it down into something that's super easy to understand and digestible? Very timely question. You know, look, it's been a more challenging environment for commercial real estate. But the good news is, is we now believe, recovery is firmly underway. I think particularly when you're junior, you're often the person that's really digging in. You're really the subject matter expert. And so sometimes reminding yourself that, even if the person across the table from you is much more senior than you, you may know more about that given topic than they do. I was a very serious ballet dancer growing up, in fact, I actually told my parents I wasn't going to college, and I was going to pursue that path, so probably a professional dancer. All right.
