Beyond grateful to CREW Fort Lauderdale Boca Raton & Alexandra Silva Labarr for recognizing me as the recipient of the 2025 Trailblazer Award at their Annual Gala. It is a privilege to be acknowledged among such talented peers. CREW said, “This award honors a leader who has broken barriers, forged new paths, and made a lasting impact in the commercial real estate industry”. However, moments like this don’t happen in isolation, they are a result of the support, collaboration, and trust of many people. This would not have been possible without the trust and commitment of my colleagues throughout the years. We’ve worked through challenges, celebrated wins, and always had each other’s backs. As I mentioned during my speech, thank you to my colleagues who joined me at the CREW Gala and those that were not present but equally important. This kind of partnership is rare, and I don’t take it for granted. Whether it was a late-night deadline, a tough decision, a building emergency, or a moment when I doubted myself, your support kept me grounded and focused. Charles C.
