You get Ljiljana Milosavljevic, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 at Bosch Digital in Serbia.   Her career started in software engineering, building business applications from the ground up. Four years ago, she joined Bosch and immediately made an impact. As a Senior Software Engineer in DataOps, she designed a solution that could reliably handle 30,000+ executions per day. Today, she is a 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 guiding teams, mentoring talent, and shaping the future of her profession.   But if you ask Ljiljana what she’s proudest of, it’s not the systems or the tools. It’s the people.   💡 She has onboarded and mentored countless engineers, helping them gain confidence, grow their skills, and feel at home in their roles. Ljiljana is passionate about shaping the data engineering profession itself — defining what the role means and she invests every day in building a high-performance culture where teams collaborate, take ownership, and keep learning.   🌱 Her advice to the next generation of female talent is as real as it gets:   “Believe in yourself and never hold back.
