So I make it a clear statement that I'm invested just like my customers. I'm investing them in the long term. It takes 6-9 months to ramp a new hire. It's a huge investment in time to hire enablement. And can they pay for themselves? It could be a 12 to 18 month period, right? So you're making this investment, you want them to be a part of you for 3-4 years and beyond, right? Oh, I want them to be successful closing business and hitting their numbers, but I also want them to be successful outside of work, so making time to work out or do whatever. Keeps them balanced, right? Making time to pick up their kids from work, Making time to take their partner out to dinner, right? Like finding that work life balance because it feels like a Sprint. But it's really an endurance.
