After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019, dance teacher Natalie Hall found strength through movement and community. During her treatment, she realised how powerful dance could be both physically and emotionally. What started as her own form of therapy has since become Fireflies Fitness - a supportive space where people living with cancer can move, share and shine together. 🔴 5 Months Delay in Health Claim Settlement- Claim ID: 2252598|Registered on: 08 May 2025|Insurer: Niva Bupa Health Insurance (in Bupa Group)|Promised settlement timeline: 15 days|Actual delay: Over 5 months – still unresolved After submitting all hospitalization records related to heart surgery the claim has been unfairly rejected on vague procedural grounds, despite repeated follow-ups and documents submission on 08/05/2025. ⚠️Timeline Facts 08 May 2025: Claim registered via Niva Bupa portal. May–Aug 2025: No communication on missing documents or clarifications. 16 Sept 2025: “🔴1st Rejection Letter” issued mentions wrong hospital name and wrong diagnosis. 06 Oct 2025: Revised rejection letter (🔴2nd Rejection Letter) issued correcting hospital name, but still citing “non-submission of mandatory documents” under Clause 6.2.4. 📎Attached 1st & 2nd Rejection Letter. Requesting @Iñaki Ereño and Bupa leadership to urgently look into 🔴Whether Nivabupa had raised such certification/documentations requests to hospitals during their investigation at hospital premises?.
