We’re thrilled to announce that Gareth Marchant has joined Calibrate as a Director.   With more than 25 years of experience shaping and delivering major construction and infrastructure projects across Australia, Hong Kong, the UK, and South Africa, Gareth brings deep expertise in planning and project controls. He is passionate about building robust frameworks founded on data-driven, realistic and achievable planning that drive certainty, confidence, and successful outcomes across complex developments.   Gareth’s role will see him deliver services to clients in the following areas:   Planning • Provision of expert logistics and sequencing advice • Independent / Peer review of pre-construction, contract and re-baselined programmes using historical as-built data and current market trends • Time related risk services, including the development of realistic and relevant risk & opportunity registers and undertaking of Schedule Risk Analysis • Development and implementation of best practice planning frameworks and governance systems • Provision of project-specific planning and programming services • Review, assessment and advice on mitigating and managing live delays Delay analysis • Using his extensive experience in planning and project delivery to evaluate the cause and effect of delays • Expert witness reports for use in dispute proceedings    Recognised for his technical excellence, leadership, and collaborative approach, Gareth has a proven track record of guiding projects from inception to completion - always balancing strategic vision with rigorous attention to detail.   Please join us in welcoming Gareth to the Calibrate team! #delayanalysis #planning #construction #expert
