Building Character: The Invisible Backbone of High-Impact Leadership I recently came across an article in the Financial Times “IIM Nagpur and Sri Sri University are joining hands to strengthen leadership through character.” And it made me stop and think. We talk endlessly about performance, KPIs, and results. But rarely about character the quiet strength that earns trust and defines leadership when no one’s watching. In my years of coaching leaders across industries from hospitality to BPOs to global teams one truth always stands out: People don’t follow titles. They follow who you are when things get tough.
