A nice comparison of an 80mm thick EB weld against sub arc in the same thickness Local head EB Two grades of stainless, that escape me now but I’m thinking duplex, either side of the beautiful example of fusion zone, HAZ and parent metal grain structure in 6-4 titanium. And, finally, a section from an RPEB welded vessel. Do I get a brownie point? 🫣

Great thanks Steve and loving the quality of work I'm seeing on here coming from SMF. Impressive.
