In a world demanding research move faster and faster, we hit a ceiling. Unless… You run the research *before* the questions ever surface. You ask the questions *before* the business knows to ask them. 🤔 Here's what made this click for me: I was looking at an internal project we've been building at Askable, and it hit me - we've been optimizing the wrong thing. You can streamline recruitment. Automate transcription. Speed up synthesis. But you're still fundamentally reactive. The business asks a question → you scramble to answer it → and by the time you have the insight, the opportunity has shifted. 🌊 The countercurrent move? Build a living repository of insights before anyone asks for them. That's what we've built: 👥 6,000+ banking consumers (and growing) 🌍 US, Europe, APAC 🤖 AI-moderated interviews including full video + transcripts 🧠 A living repository you can query in ~8 seconds Not "let's kick off a study on mobile onboarding." More like: "Pull every moment where someone mentioned friction during sign-up." The research already happened. The insights already exist. You're just surfacing patterns when you need them. "Tell me about trust in mobile banking." 8 seconds later, I'm watching real customers explain why they switched banks mid-onboarding. No recruitment. No scheduling. No 6-week wait. 🧐 Why this matters: Your customers are changing faster than your research cycles. Most teams don't catch it because the insight shows up too late. This is very early stage. I'm opening 20 early-access spots this week for banking and fintech teams who want to see what 6,000+ customers are actually saying about their money, their apps, and their banks. Send me a message if you want to learn more.

Great post, Carly Delaney. The biggest shifts in research is moving from reactive insights to real-time intelligence. Most orgs are still optimizing for speed within outdated cycles, when the real advantage comes from continuous listening. The idea of querying lived experiences in seconds is a completely new operating model for decision-making.
