At Centene, we have developed a culture that is based on employee feedback. We've developed a set of core values that represent the best of who we are when we show up in service to our mission. The first value is accountability. One of the foundational ways in which we do that is aiming to provide service at a level of quality that meets the needs and expectations of the people that we serve. It's about real action and real words. This is about being curious and empowered to ask questions and to work across the organization. There's not a top down anymore. It's across. Courage for me is about doing what is right and just not doing what is easy. And if we do not have the courage to make the right decisions, then think about the impact that could cause to our members and providers. When you establish trust, you create an environment of commitment, success, innovation, and that will take you to the next level where your members, your partners, will trust you as well. Service from a provider perspective, it's about listening attentively to their needs. It's about collaborating on ways to improve member engagement and access to care.
