Chad Littler’s Post

Proud Dad, Inspired Leader It’s graduation time, and we were blessed to have one of our own this year (Isabelle Littler) graduate from Texas A&M! Lots of emotion and reflection as we celebrated as a family, remembering the journey our daughter conquered to reach her goals.  Awesome job Isabelle!! In addition to being extremely proud, I was also inspired to witness another class of young, highly energized, highly ambitious people ready to strike out into the world and pursue their dreams.  Lots of big smiles and sighs of relief as the graduates crossed the stage, full of expectations for themselves and their futures, and what amazing accomplishments are to come.  And perhaps unknowingly, they also have expectations for us as their leaders, coaches, and mentors. It was a fantastic reminder of the great responsibility and opportunity we have as current leaders, to guide, shape, influence and train these future leaders of tomorrow.  Change is constant and brings plenty of uncertainty, but our knowledge and experience will be crucial to lead.  So let’s be inspired at graduation time, and recommit to embrace our roles as leaders to serve our communities, our companies, and the next generation of graduates.
