Skills can be taught; character is cultivated. We hire for relentless curiosity, grit, and integrity, foundations for growth. Capability gets tasks done, but personality drives adaptation, innovation, and culture. Talent thrives where competence meets heart. We build teams that evolve, not just execute. I would prioritize both.Skills can be developed, but a growth mindset and cultural fit drive long-term success. Balance is key.
