This Mental Health Awareness Week has taken on new significance for me. This morning, on my way to work, I witnessed someone in a moment of crisis and dialed 101. Initially, the authorities had deemed the first call from someone else as non-urgent, but my follow-up call escalated the response. It's a crucial reminder: never assume someone else will call the police. If you see someone in crisis, pick up the phone and dial 101 to speak to your local police department. Your call can make a difference. #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #CrisisIntervention #CommunitySupport #EndTheStigma #BeTheChange
