Last week we hit a big business milestone… 🤑 We hit £1 million in turnover since we launched Above & Beyond - Climate Tech Recruitment, which is something I am super proud of. ❌ 📈 Sure, it's not the hockey stick hyper-growth you often see celebrated on LinkedIn, but it represents something equally valuable - the dedication of a small team passionate about making a difference. This milestone is the product of consistently showing up, striving to add value, and building a brand in what we can all agree is a challenging market. It's about steady progress, learning from setbacks, and always pushing forward. 🙏 I want to say a HUGE thank you to Erin S. and Charles Evans who are the heart and soul (and brains) behind everything we do. And to all our clients, partners, and supporters who we have worked with over the last few years, thank you! Here's to continued growth, impact, and success - not just in numbers, but in the value we create and the relationships we build. And, as my entrepreneurial Dad said when I texted him, 'here’s to the next £10 million' 😂 - shoot for the stars and all that!
