Just for the record: It annoyed me immensely when the Communist Leadership (Dems) kept saying they won the popular vote and I continually said there is no popular vote!!! Now that I am on the winning side I want to reaffirm what I said then. There is no popular vote!! If you do not understand this you need to learn how our voting system works. There are 50 independent states that conduct an election for President of the United States of America. Each state elects “electors “ who will go to Washington representing their respective state and vote for the President. We are a group of 50 independent United States who have empowered the federal government to conduct limited actions that no one state can do. Those specific actions are spelled out in the Constitution! Again, there is no popular vote! Many times people don’t go to the polls because they know their candidate has no chance of winning. Examples: California, New York, Delaware, North Dakota, South Dakota, Maryland, Vermont, etc. Therefore, any claim to have won the popular vote is an absurd claim!

"Sam's deep love for Jacksonville shined bright through his decades of service over five mayoral administrations," said Mayor Deegan. "His legacy will continue to be felt for many years to come and he will never be forgotten. My heart goes out to his family and may we all keep them in our prayers. The constituent gathering, first planned outside, was a success and it was much more enjoyable to be in a warm office vs standing in the cold anyway! So that last minute change that caused her to pivot EVERYTHING in her plan was actually a positive — even though it didn’t feel that way to her in that initial moment. Well done, Sydney! Inauguration weekend 2025 Watching history be made as Donald J. Trump officially become our 47th President is something I will never forget. It was especially special to share it with my mom Lisa DeFalco and show her where I spend each day. Every congressional office I’ve worked for has been a dream come true, but serving Congressman Buchanan and the people of Florida’s 16th congressional district (my hometown!) is especially so.
