Nadzeya Stalbouskaya initiated a discussion about autonomous architecture, and I replied, I could att this to my series EA case study. I’ve got three different lines of business; Film production, film publishing and and provide crew & equipment to others. They all end up in the same annual report today, but could belong to many different legal entities in the future. If we look at the business model canvas, some parts are overlapping and some parts are not. The question is how this impacts the architecture and what constraints we have from our techncal debt and how the organization is setup today and in the future. We basically have three options - 100% separate systems between each business unit - to Common systems for all business units - Some common systems and some separate First one is simple. Second a vision, but seldom realistic. For the third option the question is how? To be continued...

New paper out! We’re excited to share our latest work: "ELMUR: External Layer Memory with Update/Rewrite for Long-Horizon RL". In this paper, we introduce ELMUR, a new Transformer architecture with layer-local memory, specifically designed for long-horizon imitation learning.
