On the last day of Hispanic Heritage Month, we wanted to talk about a special relationship that launched our city's global connections around the world. Almost 4,000 miles away, a white stoned city called Arequipa calls our Queen City its sister. Six decades of sisterhood have blossomed into a steadfast partnership of cultural exchange and the creation of five other global "siblings" across three continents.
