The API Management space is seeing significant evolution, with recent Gartner Magic Quadrant reports revealing key players making substantial moves. Here's a look at 3 vendors driving this momentum: 🥇 Boomi: Transformed from Niche Player to Leader, leveraging strategic acquisitions (APIIDA, Mashery) to deliver a comprehensive, AI-centric APIM solution. 🥈 Sensedia: Elevated to Challenger status, thanks to its mature platform, strong vertical market penetration (Open Finance), and innovative AI features like the AI Gateway. 🥉WSO2: Now a Challenger, post-EQT acquisition, demonstrating renewed focus on AI, federated governance, and enhanced API analytics via Moesif.

These resonate, Ashwin Bhave. Three themes have surfaced to the top in my recent client conversations: - Is out data strategy working for us in terms of powering the digital and (Gen) AI use cases we have been investing behind? How do we make our enterprise data even more accessible? - What 3-5 profiles do we need to bring into our organization? Where do we find that talent and how do we set them up for success? - What interventions do we need to make to ensure our ERP modernization program is on track and delivering value?

Many of you know that I've been leading BCG's Consumer Products Tech & Digital Benchmarking continuously since 2013. Nearly all the world's top consumer products companies participate -- thank you! We have the privilege of collaborating closely and directly with the tech chiefs (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, CDIOs, CDTOs) of these companies. With 40+ companies in the 2025 cohort, this will be our largest participant group ever! The 2025 industry report, titled "Redefining Tech in Consumer Products for the New AI and Digital Era" is about to drop. We have written an 80-page report full of compelling insights on everything you care about: GenAI adoption at scale, spending and capital investment trends, ERP strategy, data excellence, cloud migration, and more. This year we see 8 priorities for consumer products tech & digital leaders. The very first priority is "Reimagining the technology leader's role to drive measurable business value" Carlos Buss, Seth Cohen, and Corrado Azzarita -- when I spoke with you, I thought your comments captured exactly what we state in this report. Thank you! Send an email to cpgitbenchmarking@bcg.com or contact me directly to participate. All those of you who participated, stay tuned for an email in your inbox later this week.

I can’t wait to dig into Boston Consulting Group (BCG)'s Consumer Products Tech & Digital Benchmarking report. I can think of few topics of greater importance to consumer product organizations than the changing role of tech and its impact across companies. This sneak peak of the report from Ashwin Bhave what we’ve been actively identifying and implementing across the broad P&G technology team: integrating technology across the company to drive real, measurable business value. Faster research-to-product times, more efficient and productive workflows and enabling people to focus on high value + high satisfaction tasks are just some of the ways we’re seeing GenAI benefit the company. I take immense pride and responsibility in the way P&G is empowering its employees – both within the technology team and across the company – to leverage available tech to make a positive impact for our business, for our customers and for our people. *shameless plug: I’m also incredibly pleased to have contributed to the report. It was a pleasure to be a part of the conversation!

"An investment in technology is an investment in your people and business" We sat down with Jack Carter and Caleb Maxson from OVG to unpack how multi-location, fast-growing businesses can move beyond fragile spreadsheets to an integrated planning process with platforms like Abacum. In this interview, we cover: 1️⃣ Why speed vs. accuracy isn’t a choice 2️⃣ How unifying definitions (branches vs. sales territories) unlocks alignment 3️⃣ Flipping the 80/20: from 80% reporting → 80% value-add work through automation 4️⃣ How to benefit from live, collaborative forecasting with instant feedback 🚀 What’s next: AI-driven data retrieval and fewer layers between ops and decisions Hear the full interview here 👉 https://lnkd.in/dW3Dn6Us #FPandA #FinanceTransformation #IntegratedPlanning #SaaS #Abacum #OVG #AIinFinance

I’ve been really impressed with some of the solutions and prototypes Hudson and Hayes have built. These include: A guided buying tool using co-pilot for managers - I mean who doesn’t find the procurement policies and processes hard to remember or navigate when you don’t buy on a regular basis A tool to fully redact info from contracts in seconds - helping you ensure compliance with the Procurement Act An assistant that helps prepare patients for their medical procedures, answering FAQs, sharing videos - reducing the risk of cancellations and no shows They are also leaders in helping organisations built AI literacy and identify AI opportunities If you would like to learn more about any of these - or just fancy a virtual coffee - let me know
It’s been a busy but brilliant quarter at Hudson&Hayes and a real milestone moment for us as a business. Year to date, we’ve doubled revenue compared to last year and added 15 new client logos since the start of the year. After a couple of years of steady growth, we’re now really starting to see the impact of the foundations we’ve been laying. Over the past few months: → Continued working with the NHS across 11 ICBs in the Midlands, developing an AI roadmap, strategy, and a patient-facing appointment assistant. Excited to now be taking this forward into production with one Trust. → Leading an AI transformation at a major transport organisation, building internal Copilot capabilities, a bespoke contract reduction tool, and guided buying within Copilot Studio. → Supporting a PE-backed financial services business through a large-scale AI and automation transformation. → Continuing work with University of Oxford on AI and automation initiatives, alongside projects in employability, oil and gas, and consulting. → Launching the Hudson&Hayes Newsletter → Expanding our AI & Digital Leaders Community by over 20 new members, and welcoming two new advisors, Helena and Gerard, who bring a combined 30 years of partner experience from PwC. → Growing our team with Jorge (AI Solution Architect), Rudy (Automation Developer), @Abz (Abhiram) (Consulting Director), and Justin (AI Delivery Consultant). Next quarter, our focus is on continuing to help organisations build AI literacy and bespoke solutions, doubling down on value creation through the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, and developing our go-to-market strategy to turn internal products into repeatable revenue streams. We’re also running a webinar in November to share lessons from our work with the NHS and hosting a face-to-face community session in December. The key lesson from this quarter? Scalability and an AI-first mindset. We’ve started standardising our end-to-end processes, establishing playbooks for all service offerings, building out our Prompt Library, and embedding continuous improvement throughout the business. Doing this early, as we continue to grow, sets us up for sustainable impact in the years ahead. Exciting times for Hudson&Hayes. If you’re passionate about AI and service transformation, we’d love to connect.

Viven — co-founded by the team behind Eightfold — has just raised $35 million in a seed round to build AI “digital twins” of employees. These twins ingest internal data (emails, Slack, docs) and can be queried when the person is unavailable — bridging gaps in knowledge and time zones. 🗝️ Key highlights: ~The tech uses pairwise context & privacy protocols to ensure only shareable, relevant information is exposed. ~Their product is already in use by clients like Genpact and Eightfold itself. ~Viven’s vision: when someone is offline, their digital twin operates as a dependable knowledge source. 🔍 How Alacrity EXTN LLP can help in ventures like Viven ✅ Deal Structuring & Capital Strategy — we advise on seed / Series A terms balancing control, dilution, and investor alignment ✅ Valuation & Due Diligence — specialized for AI / digital twin / enterprise knowledge systems with privacy constraints ✅ Strategic Partnerships & M&A Advisory — helping align with enterprise platforms, enterprise HR/knowledge management systems, or potential acquirers Takeaway: Viven is tackling one of the silent productivity leaks in teams—knowledge continuity. As remote work extends and organizations scale globally, tools like these may become foundational infrastructure. #AI #EnterpriseTech #DigitalTwin #MandA #BuySide #SellSide #Valuation #StrategicAdvisory #Innovation #AlacrityEXTN
