🇫🇷🤝🇺🇸 Strengthening transatlantic cooperation in aeronautics Last night, the scientific team of the Consulate and Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics organized “Sky is not the limit.” We had the pleasure of welcoming the FACC California SF-LA | French American Chamber of Commerce, California, its partner Acubed (Airbus), the French start-up HyLight (YC S23), as well as experts and innovators from both sides of the Atlantic. ✈️ In his opening remarks, Florian Cardinaux highlighted Europe’s and France’s strengths in aeronautics — with champions such as Airbus, Safran, Thales, and Dassault Systèmes — and recalled how Franco-American cooperation has long been a success story, notably through the Safran –GE joint venture CFM International (CFM), founded in 1974.
