Just finished an incredible and rewarding Kaizen week with our extended CCS team in Durham! Over 80 team members came together to tackle key challenges and uncover opportunities for our customers and the CCR fleet. Couldn’t have asked for a better group to collaborate and problem-solve with. The week was even more impactful with insightful leadership discussions led by Brian Case and Tim Fredericksen, along with great conversations with colleagues from across the business.
