"Belonging is, of course, that feeling of connectedness to a group or community. It’s the sense that you’re part of something. You feel attached, close and thoroughly accepted by your people. But belonging is more than just being part of a group. Belonging is also critically tied to social identity—a set of shared beliefs or ideals. To truly feel a sense of belonging, you must feel unity and a common sense of character with and among members of your group.” “Belonging is a necessary ingredient for our performance—individually, in teams and for our organizations—because we can more effectively engage and bring our best selves to work. And even more importantly, belonging is good for our wellbeing as humans. It’s important for individual physical, mental and emotional health and it’s critical to the health of our communities.” As I was reflecting on the three jam packed days of our Xponential Fitness gathering in Las Vegas, I was brought back to a great Forbes article (https://lnkd.in/dgYiSvxZ) from Tracy Brower, PhD, where she shared the above. It was wonderful to reflect on 2024 and see everything all of the brands (Club Pilates, Pure Barre, YogaSix, Rumble Boxing, CycleBar, BFT International, StretchLab Franchise, Lindora Franchise, LLC) have accomplished, what's in store for 2025 and connect with both long time and new colleagues!

We also do belong to humanity, and as helping and giving is also good for mental health I'm pushing for a lot of citizen donations (not only money but time) in December for nurses, firefighters, sports associations, ... to make a big boom in humans solidarity so that news talk about a mass effect of people helping each other or doing something for our planet. for that purpose I've made a post to share to make it viral. If you want to be part of it dont hesitate to share my last post and if you know some serious association that really benefit to people please let me know.
