Earlier this month, I visited our teams in India, Malaysia and Macau. It was a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and learn about the work they’re doing to drive value and progress for the bank.     During the exchange sessions in India and Macau, we discussed how self-motivation, adaptability, and a growth mindset are critical in shaping our careers and navigating challenges. What stayed with me was the thoughtful dialogue and reflections from the team—it’s clear that growth and development are deeply rooted in our culture.     In Malaysia, my discussions with the GCOO and Transformation teams centred around operational excellence and customer centricity. These conversations underscored the importance of continuously improving our processes and staying aligned with the needs of those we serve.   What stood out to me during these visits was the genuine sense of collaboration and the shared focus on building for the future.   To everyone I met during the visits: thank you for your warm welcome, thoughtful insights, and your dedication to making a difference.
