There were mixed emotions as I wrapped-up my 6-year tenure as Trustee of Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity at last night's AGM, having also stepped-back from Hi: Children's Healthcare Innovation Scotland at their AGM last week. It has been a great experience and I'm very proud of everything both teams achieved during this period; all in support of the children, families and staff at the Royal Hospital for Children and beyond. I won't be a stranger and will continue to support and advocate however I can. Thanks to our wonderful CEO (Kirsten Watson), Chair (David Kennedy), Hi Chair (Evelyn M Walker) and all of the other Trustees and staff members for their support and friendship over the years.
