We were delighted to host a DFSA Outreach session, following the publication of a Thematic Review on Fund Management Self-Custody. The report examined Fund Managers’ effectiveness and compliance with relevant DFSA Rules and Laws, recognised good practice and identified areas for improvement that merit wider adoption. It also identified outliers and instances of material non-compliance for further action.
