Last Friday, a few members of the Dee Set team had the privilege of attending the prestigious Diversity & Inclusion in Grocery LIVE!, the largest and most influential event in the grocery sector focused on accelerating diversity and inclusion. From thought-provoking talks to hands-on Live Labs, the team gained invaluable insights from D&I leaders across the industry, exploring how empathy, inclusion, and innovative thinking are shaping the future of grocery! The event united over 1,300 colleagues, including senior leaders, D&I practitioners, allies, and change-makers, all committed to creating a truly diverse and inclusive grocery industry. This year’s sessions had a bold, customer-focused lens which demonstrated the commercial value of doing D&I well in today’s challenging climate. A huge thank you to GroceryAid for hosting an unmissable day of insight, inspiration, and action. We left motivated and ready to champion inclusion in every part of our business!
