Heartiest congratulations to dear Neeraj 👏👏👏 It's very important to honour our deserving soldiers and warriors, which will definitely be an inspiration and motivation for others to emulate his path of excellence in sports and games. If you can do it for the cricketers and actors, why not our soldiers?! We had so many such candidates, who unfortunately couldn't make it to the mainstream. Anyone who excels for the country at the international level needs to be elevated, congratulated and felicitated with promotions and accolades. The success journey is always an epitome of grit, determination, resolve, perseverance and above all sheer hardwork compromising his personal and family life. Well done and keep it up. Let this be a game changer. Many many more to come.

Inspiring . Lt Col Neeraj Chopra, hails from Khandra village in Panipat district, Haryana—just like thousands of Brave Soldiers who start their journey from humble RURAL backgrounds. Coming from a simple farming family, father Satish Kumar working as a farmer & mother Saroj Devi managing household, Neeraj's early life was rooted in the soil of India’s villages. Neeraj faced the challenges common to many VILLAGE children. He was overweight in childhood & was encouraged to take up sports to improve his health. His passion for javelin throwing ignited at age 13 showcasing how raw talent nurtured in villages can rise to GLOBAL eminence. Neeraj's rise to Lt Col in the Indian Army & Olympic glory is a beacon of hope, yet it must remind us that the Indian Army’s backbone is formed by countless UNSUNG heroes from similar villages. These lower-ranked soldiers, who dedicate their lives to the nation, often await recognition, resources, and support. Not every soldier gets the spotlight like Neeraj Chopra, but every one of them carries the nation's pride in their hearts. Supporting such VILLAGE-born warriors is not just an act of Gratitude—it is a responsibility to Honor & Empower the many who uphold India's security & dignity EVERY DAY.
