Dev-Afrique’s Post

Meet Mosimiloluwa Koye-Ladele, Senior Consultant at Dev-Afrique. After years in global strategy and product management at Goldman Sachs, she returned to Nigeria with a simple question: Sixty-five years after independence, are we where we could be? Today, she leads Dev-Afrique’s largest technical-assistance engagement—a multi-year initiative supporting the Gates Foundation Geospatial Insights Support Team (GIST) to strengthen the use of geospatial data to inform public health decisions and improve health delivery across Africa.   Her team works where in-country strategy, technical delivery, and adoption/governance meet—including conducting emerging-settlement analysis to find overlooked populations and ensure vaccination campaigns reach them; designing fit-for-purpose data architecture aligned to existing systems; and laying the groundwork for Nigeria’s National Geospatial Data Infrastructure (#NGDI), among other interventions. In parallel, Simi leads our Business Development team, shaping a disciplined pipeline and consortia so Dev-Afrique stays positioned for the continent’s most complex data and systems challenges.   Profiles like Simi’s show how we work at Dev-Afrique—through teams that pair technical excellence with genuine commitment. We welcome you to read the full profile and let us know what resonated with you the most from Simi’s story. https://lnkd.in/dX-SVq9r   Share your takeaway in the comments below! #DevelopmentAdvisory #DevAfrique #HealthSystems #GeospatialData
