The role will be responsible for identification of potential projects and technical assistance interventions for inclusion in the Bank’s pipeline of development projects across the Caribbean. The Operations Officer (Financial Analyst) will also conduct institutional capacity assessments of potential borrowers and develop and build client and partner relations at technical and professional project levels, and promote the generation of new business for the Bank. From designing economic and financial models to supervising implementation and advising borrowers, this is a dynamic opportunity to influence transformational investments in infrastructure and social development. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in financial and economic analysis. A postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Strong experience in project appraisal, institutional assessments, and working with executing agencies is essential. Familiarity with poverty reduction strategies and knowledge of regional development challenges is a strong asset.
