Yes, I’m back in action 🚀! If, four months ago, someone suggested joining competition, I’d dismiss the idea in under 2 seconds flat. But here's what happened. 📞 A call from CBRE for an exploratory chat. I really wanted to decline upfront - but my “never say never until you know” philosophy held me back. So my plan was simple - listen respectfully, decline politely, and walk back home peacefully. Walk back home I did - just more pensive 🧩 and less certain. I had just witnessed a masterclass in the art of persuasion (more on that in another post). And so, here I am - at CBRE Capital Markets, heading Real Assets and Private Office Investments. 🆕 New logo on the visiting card. 💡 Same obsession with creating meaningful value. 🎯 And a much larger canvas to play on.
