I've worked in finance, I've worked in sales, I've done distributor facing roles, customer facing roles. I've LED big strategic initiatives. I've worked in the GB business, I've worked in our North American business, I've done projects in Africa, across Europe, all creating these incredible diverse experiences for me that I feel have really set me up for success. I'm really proud that I work for an organization that's a really small part of really big moments in people's. A few years ago, the AGIO invested in me on a leadership course and as part of that course we really dug into what drives and motivates who you are. I'm definitely an individual that's curious. I'm an individual that wants to progress. And the one unique thing I guess about me is I have 4 continents because 4 generations. My grandparents were born in India, Asia, my parents were born in Kenya, Africa. I was born in England, Europe and my. Which were born in the US, North America. So that diversity that I grew up with really allows me, I believe, to be a more empathetic leader. It allows me to really understand different perspectives from different people based on what their backgrounds are, whether that's functional background or personal backgrounds. And it also allows me to understand different styles. How do I get the best out of every individual so they're bringing their best selves to work every single day.
