Disney Experiences reposted this
I am so excited to announce the formal agreement with the Miral Group to build our seventh Disney destination. This park will be unlike anything we’ve created, featuring dynamic storytelling and employing new technology -- constantly evolving with new ideas and new experiences. Disney will lead creative design, attraction development and operational oversight to provide a world-class guest experience. Miral, which has developed a number of family entertainment destinations on Yas Island and in Abu Dhabi in collaboration with American and European brands, will operate the resort once completed. The design of this resort will redefine what's possible in a theme park, showcasing groundbreaking technology and visionary architecture, including a modern castle unlike anything we’ve ever created. #disneyparks #abudhabi
Parabéns, Josh
Hi Josh Just read your post on the Disney project in Abu Dhabi with Miral. Always exploring new business opportunities. Was with Imagineering all through the 1990’s working on many Disney Parks. Check out our website at www.condzngrp.com Happy to send additional information as needed. Very familiar with the traditions and the culture of the Middle East. Many local contacts there had asked me to bring Disney to the table. I had even discussed with Marty Sklar!! Keep us in mind moving forward. Many possibilities!! Best wishes Eyoub Khan
The combination of Disney’s storytelling with Miral’s location expertise might make this the most technologically advanced and culturally adaptive Disney destination yet.
Here we grow again! Huge announcement! Look forward to learning more about it.
Josh, It's been great to see Disney thrive under your guidance and leadership. Your passion for Disney's mission is contagious and motivating. I will have to head back soon for a mini vacation!
I’m a Disneyphile. I can track major life milestones by Disney trips. I follow many Disney influencers, many of whom are in the LGBTQ+ community, and from what I’m seeing them post, this is a bad move because Abu Dhabi has zero tolerance for the gay community. To all who come to this happy place…all are not welcome. You can do better Disney…you really can. Stop the money grabs at your domestic parks first and make it affordable again for the working class family. This is not the vision Walt had.
Disney peeps are going to Universal these days...Since park prices are at last $250 per day per person without parking, fast passes, food or merch.

2wLet’s hope the new park rides are safer than your ones in Orlando. My son recently had an Incident on the tower of terror where his safety belt broke mid ride. Reported it and next thing I know Disney want to pay me $125 as compensation but sign an NDA to keep quiet. Also in regards to DAS, Disney do not consider this physics disabilities for assistance. Not sure how they get away with discriminating physical disabilities.
