White, I’m reaching out publicly because my attempts to resolve this matter privately have been ignored. About 3 years ago, a solar loan was arranged for my home through Dividend Finance — a loan that is now tied to our property. The problem? I was never informed, never contacted, never asked to sign anything, despite the fact that I am on the deed of the house. This loan was processed solely under my husband’s name, and I was excluded from the contract entirely. I’ve since tried multiple times to reach your customer service and resolution teams, but the response I received is that they are not allowed to talk to me although I am one of the owners of the house the loan has a lien attached to. My husband also reached out but the issue remains unresolved. As a co-owner of the property, I find this unacceptable. A financial institution should not allow a loan to be attached to a home without the full, documented consent of all deeded homeowners. This lack of transparency and accountability is not only unethical — it is dangerous. I am asking for your leadership. I ask that someone from your office take in this seriously and contact me and my husband directly to resolve this situation. Respectfully, Flavia Lamim Santos
