What could you do more to add more of the same or similar work, the same or similar jobs, the same or similar customers? Instead of looking at like, we have to add a new service, we have to expand to a new market. We have to find something that we're doing right now that doesn't exist. It's like, how do you simply look at what you're doing good and improve it and do more of it? So you don't have to hire, so you don't have to train, so you don't have to buy a new van, so you don't have to buy a new piece of equipment, but instead look at like. How can we optimize what's currently going on? To simply add more consistency creates success.
