You know people, leader nowadays called them, usually called the HR professionals that work instead of human resources, you know people. Focused leaders and but we lead people. And everything we do around the centered around people, and it's not only about leading, it's only being there for people. And that's where the human element is coming. So I think like human person, people, leader. I think more reflects on on what leadership is rather than I just lead. I said the vision or I manage resources. Yeah, yeah. So that's really interesting. I really love how you serve that up. I, I really love that, just kind of processing all that. It's interesting that there's a lot of books around, you know, lead with vulnerability or, you know, kind of teaching us how to have, you know, emotional intelligence and whatnot. But really what you're talking about is what does that human connection and experience that you're having as a leader with the people that you are working with. And I think great leaders are the ones that are in the trenches, so to speak with their people. And you know, obviously you can't work on all the details when you're a leader, but to be in it with them, to be in it with them, connected with them, experiencing what their experience is like and doing life with them in an, in a business structure, I think is what you're talking about.
