Conversation Mastery at UN-ITCILO Campus in Turin

Showcasing Conversation Mastery at the UN-ITCILO Campus in Turin We were honored to be invited by the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO), a specialized agency of the United Nations, to take part in the Skills for Fair Digital Transitions in Africa event held on 7–8 October 2025 at the UN Campus in Turin. Our gratitude to Ms. Paridhi Pathak, Associate Programme Officer of the CATALYST Initiative, Office of the Director of Training (TRAINDIR), for the kind invitation and coordination. As part of the Tech & Networking Fair, we presented Conversation Mastery, an AI-powered, multilingual learning solution developed by our e-REAL Labs. It helps professionals strengthen key communication abilities including conflict de-escalation, sales interactions, negotiation and leadership through realistic dialogue with intelligent avatars. In the context of Africa’s dynamic and youthful workforce, developing effective communication and interpersonal skills is key to capacity building, employability, and inclusive digital transformation. Conversation Mastery is designed precisely for that purpose: to make learning human-centred, experiential, and impactful. Like the event itself, which brought together participants speaking English, French, Portuguese, and Italian, Conversation Mastery embraces linguistic and cultural diversity. It is also being developed in multiple African languages, such as Swahili, Somali, and Amharic to make practice accessible to diverse users across regions. The platform provides personalized feedback with nuanced, context-aware suggestions, enabling learners to rehearse challenging conversations and refine their approach before facing similar situations in real life. We’re proud to contribute to a global effort that connects innovation, inclusion, and skills development for a fair digital future.
