You'll be delivering short, impactful courses to unemployed residents across Herts, Beds, and Bucks, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce. This role involves both the delivery and assessment of a range of Level 1 programmes and qualifications, with a particular focus on digital skills and supporting learners facing barriers to employment. You will be teaching to groups aged 19+ with class sizes of 12-18.
