What the partnership means: 💰 Shopify has made an investment in Klaviyo to align their interests 🤝 This partnership will allow the two companies to work closer than ever 💌 Klaviyo will now become the recommended email solution for Shopify Plus customers globally Why I think it matters: 🔗 Expect to see way more data sharing between Shopify and Klaviyo, allowing you to create triggers for far more steps of the observable consumer journey 🛍 Klaviyo’s product strategy will be to build a super app of sorts for customer relationship management in e-commerce 1️⃣ The Klaviyo platform will continue to consolidate different channels and features to reduce complexity for store operators

It will be interesting to see if this partnership leads to the development of features that make it easier for store operators to classify and dispose of confidential information that has expired.
