#InfrastructureWeek2025 🏗️ Leon County faced a growing challenge: aging infrastructure and rising energy costs across critical facilities like it's Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and BOA building. With the goal of making improvements without increasing the budget or raising taxes, they partnered with us to implement a phased approach, modernizing their facilities while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Today, with improvements like HVAC upgrades, LED lighting, water conservation, and smart building controls and weatherization, Leon County is delivering better-performing facilities and long-term savings for its community.
