Hello everyone, and welcome to the 5th edition of Ugly Duck, the annual equity ecosystem building event by the EIF. It's so good to see you all here in Luxembourg. In this rule, we have the actors that shaped the future. You have a huge responsibility and we want to share that responsibility with you. So let us use today's conference and the collective thinking that we are going to do for the sake of our own industry and for the sake of the continent of Europe that we want to shape. We have organized a series of workshops to listen to you, to hear your thoughts how European equity ecosystem. And risk capital in particular is not only about returns. This year is not only about what I can do better, but also about what the GPU's can do better, and this is to be a collective effort. How do we reach our goals? What do we really want?
