🌍 Sustainability and the Path for Responsible Growth   Yesterday’s event in Amsterdam was a reminder of the role organizations can play in embedding sustainability into their core practices.   After opening remarks from Diane Gilhooley, Global Co-Head of Sustainability and ESG we heard a compelling keynote from Tom Middendorp, Chair of the International Military Council on Climate and Security (IMCCS), who highlighted that we are in a new era of climate security and how we can build resilience through innovative solutions.    Dr. Kai Monheim, CEO of CEMUNE, followed with a deep dive into the current climate negotiation landscape. His insights offered practical guidance on how companies can enhance internal negotiation strategies to drive meaningful change - both within their organisations and in the broader legislative environment.   Breakout sessions on Climate Litigation & Greenwashing, Pay Transparency, and Negotiation Skills provided space for deeper exploration of these critical topics.
