The Qwen team has officially open-sourced its latest multimodal large model series, Qwen3-VL-30B-A3B. The model leverages a highly efficient Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture, which features 30 billion total parameters with only 3 billion active parameters for faster inference and deployment efficiency. The team has also announced and is continuing to release smaller-scale models within the Qwen3-VL series.
