If you try to speak to everyone, you end up speaking to no one. When your messaging is too broad, you lose impact. That’s why we’ve been intentional about going segment-specific. We wanted to be thoughtful about our journey — from the very first touchpoint through to conversion — so we started with the landing page. Here’s what that looked like in practice: > We ran a Wynter test to learn how our target audience described themselves and their challenges in their own words. > We adapted our hero copy to mirror that language and speak directly to their pains. > We applied those insights to the landing page experience to make it feel more relevant and consistent with what prospects cared about most. And the results showed it was worth it: +14% conversion rate uplift +12–58% increase in session length +2–5% increase in page views per session When you design for one audience instead of everyone, even a single landing page can have a measurable impact.
