We successfully tackled the challenge of scaling a client’s electronic enclosure from a 30-capacity reference to a robust 100-capacity next-generation unit. This wasn't a simple resize; it was an exercise in architectural fidelity and precision mechanical design. Our scope included the development of two independent, manufacturing-ready models: a Rack-Mount version adhering to industry standards and a dedicated Wall-Mount version. Key to this project was creating a precise PCB Block Model from the electrical block diagram to guarantee perfect component fit. We delivered full 3D CAD models (SolidWorks, STEP format) and highly-detailed 2D Sheet Metal Drawings (PDF), ensuring the fabrication shop could move straight to production.
