That’s the power of Fair Table, our food is medicine program – connecting patients and families experiencing food insecurity with fresh, nutritious foods and support to make lasting improvements to their health and wellbeing. But it’s more than food distribution. It’s about listening to the barriers our communities face and finding solutions that help them the most. Fair Table is just one of the initiatives that helped earn Fairview the Foster G. McGaw Prize from the @American Hospital Association, one of the nation’s most prestigious honors for community service in health care.
