“Every expert was once a beginner who didn’t give up.” I see many young engineers hesitate when faced with tough tasks. They worry about asking “basic” questions or fear looking inexperienced in front of senior teammates. But here’s the truth, no one starts as an expert. Every seasoned engineer once struggled to fix a simple build, missed a deployment step, or stared at an error log wondering what went wrong. The only difference between them and the beginner is time, practice, and persistence. The ones who grow fast aren’t the ones who know everything, they’re the ones who refuse to stop learning. They ask questions, break things, rebuild, and keep trying until it clicks. If you’re new to tech, don’t shy away from the hard problems. Don’t stay silent because you think you’re “too junior.” Curiosity is how confidence is built. And if you’re a senior, remember what it felt like to be new. Encourage questions, Create space for learning. Because every expert on your team started exactly where they are, just with the courage to keep going. #Leadership #PeopleFirst #LeadWithPurpose #LeadWithHeart #Inspiration #Motivation #PerspectiveMatter
