User stories are an important part of the Agile software development process. They explain, in plain English, what a user should be able to do when using your app. In this guide, you'll learn why user stories are important and how to create a helpful one. https://lnkd.in/gz2tAGhg

Been some time since i tried the #Linear app. Went to their website where it said “Made for modern product teams”. Looking it over, I could not get what is actually different about the product. I installed it and was shocked to find that nothing is different. Performance is better than eg JIRA but not to the point that one should care. Learning curve is arguably worse: I thought it relies on knowing the commands/hotkeys a bit more than JIRA does. Which, perhaps, is what appeals to engineering teams specifically. We sometimes like to learn stuff just for the sake of learning - but it is a bad habit.

Dirty secret of #software #productdevelopment is that the hard, complicated, and expensive part isn’t building an app: it’s scaling and maintaining it after launch. #growth #standards

Too many teams treat their Agile tool like just another app. But the truth is: your Agile tool is your operating system. It’s where work lives, flows, and delivers. https://lnkd.in/d9h4w4GF

This week, while setting up deployment for one of our apps, I realized how often developers overlook the post-development phase. Everyone’s excited during coding and testing, but once it’s time for deployment, things get messy like wrong build keys, missing environment configs or server mismatches. That’s where having a clear release checklist saves the day. It’s not about documentation for the sake of it, it’s about making sure your hard work doesn’t fail because of a small missed step. I’ve made it a habit to maintain a simple internal checklist for every project before release. From version updates to app icons, from API URLs to permission validation, every small detail counts. The goal is simple that if something goes wrong, it should never be because we forgot to prepare. #AppRelease #DeploymentChecklist #FlutterDev #SoftwareEngineering #DevOpsCulture #MobileApps #TechWorkflow #BuildProcess #Flutter #TechDaily #Preparation

Big apps don’t break from bad code, they break from complexity. Micro-Frontends fix that. By splitting a large app into smaller, independent parts, teams can build, test, and deploy faster without stepping on each other’s code. - It’s modular. - It’s scalable. And it keeps your product evolving without chaos. Because in modern development, speed is nothing without structure. #MicroFrontends #WebDevelopment #Scalability #FrontendEngineering

Conquer Complexity with Separation of Concerns!Break Down Your App: Separate your app's UI into small, reusable components (buttons, forms, screens). Component Focus: Each component manages its own logic and style. Benefits: Easier debugging (problems stay isolated). Faster development (reuse components!). Cleaner code (become a coding rockstar!).

🔧 Every developer has been there: The new version of your app is ready, everything is going according to plan… until something breaks in production. The result? Stress, late-night deployments, and frustrated users. It doesn’t have to be this way. CI/CD pipeline can: 🔄 automatically test your code, 🚀 deploy new versions with zero downtime, ⏱️ save you dozens of hours (and nerves) during launch. In our new article, we break down how CI/CD works and why it should be part of every project – including yours. 👇 Read the article and tell me: do you use CI/CD in your projects?
